Orders are fulfilled by Teemdrop. Our return and refund policy is aligned with their after-sale terms.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Returns without quality issues
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned to the designated Teemdrop warehouse in original condition and packaging.
• Once received, a quality inspection will be conducted before the refund is processed.
Defective or incorrect items
• If the product has a quality issue, a refund or resend takes priority — no return required in most cases.
• Contact us at support@lumrr.com with photos/video evidence within 7 days of receiving the item.
• We will coordinate directly with Teemdrop and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
Non-eligible cases
• Items damaged by the customer, used, or returned without authorization.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
• Packages undelivered due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
