Return & Refund Policy

Orders are fulfilled by Teemdrop. Our return and refund policy is aligned with their after-sale terms.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Returns without quality issues

       The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

       Items must be returned to the designated Teemdrop warehouse in original condition and packaging.

       Once received, a quality inspection will be conducted before the refund is processed.

Defective or incorrect items

       If the product has a quality issue, a refund or resend takes priority — no return required in most cases.

       Contact us at support@lumrr.com with photos/video evidence within 7 days of receiving the item.

       We will coordinate directly with Teemdrop and resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Refunds

       Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

       Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

       Processing time: 5–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Non-eligible cases

       Items damaged by the customer, used, or returned without authorization.

       Requests submitted after the 7-day window.

       Packages undelivered due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
