Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Teemdrop, our global dropshipping partner.

Processing time

•       Order processing: approximately 30 minutes after payment confirmation (automated via Teemdrop).

•       Preparation & dispatch: 1–3 business days depending on the product.

Estimated delivery times

•       EU: 6–12 business days.

•       Rest of Europe: 8–12 business days.

•       USA: 8–12 business days.

•       Other international: 15–20 business days.

• Custom or Bulk Orders: 10–35 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can monitor your package directly via the carrier's website.

Lost or undelivered orders

•       For orders to the USA: disputes are handled 10–15 business days. after leaving Teemdrop's warehouse without delivery.

•       For all other regions: contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window.

Wrong address / refused delivery

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Remote areas

Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote locations. You will be informed of any such charges during checkout or as soon as they are identified.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
